Like most of us here at Zaadz, I try to embody the qualities of a compassionate and caring being and it is my wish that by example, others will be able to also be that change that they wish to see in our world. Years ago, I fell very naturally into a yoga practice and became a vegetarian. This was the start of a transformation. These lifestyle choices bring out of the best of the body and soul. Exploration intrigues me. I love to travel, grow, learn and continuously experience…all that I possibly can. Working with children helps to keep me grounded, fresh, and inspired.
